The Reserve brings a brand new nightlife destination where you can host private events, filming and much more. Over 5,000 square feet, this modern venue can host up to 700 guests and is equipped with everything you need to create the event of your dreams.

Located on the ground level of the property is The Majestic, featuring 3 different event spaces that can be combined into one large event space or divided. With captivating historical preservation and modern amenities, the Majestic can host a wide variety of events. This venue can accommodate 600 guests for a sit-down dinner or up to 1,200 for a cocktail party.

Catwalk
The unique style of the Catwalk offers a fresh alternative to traditional event spaces. With its modern-industrial design and “boiler-room” decor, it is a regular fixture in the music video and video gaming world. The centerpiece catwalk extends between different platforms, creating a multi-level scene while highlighting the versatility of the venue. The Catwalk can accommodate up to 750 guests.

About The Majestic Downtown
The Majestic Downtown is a historically preserved building, protected by the National Register of Historic Places. Its Indiana limestone facade, crystal chandeliers, high hand-painted Italian ceilings, arched windows, sculpted marble columns, and original marble floors lend a rich historical beauty to any event.
Built during the reign of the Beaux Arts movement in 1924 by architectural firm Schultze and Weaver, the Majestic Downtown served as the Hellman Commercial Trust and Savings Bank for four years before becoming the national headquarters of Bank of America. Elements of the bank are preserved exactly as they were built.
