As we celebrate the upcoming grand opening of our newest venue, The Landmark, we're reimagining the culinary experience, crafting a menu that has never been experienced before with the help of our new Culinary Director, Chef Thomas!

Meet Chef Thomas

Thomas Vertl was born and raised in Vienna Austria, with his culinary education beginning at age 16, doing a three year apprenticeship in his home town in a French restaurant where he was trained in French techniques, a strong foundation for all types of cuisine.

Ten years ago, Thomas came to the United States for the first time. He was only supposed to stay for a one year assignment to open a restaurant, but then things fell into place. He met his wife and he started a career here. He is very glad that his career has brought him to this point, as the newly assigned culinary director for Anoush Catering.

OUR NEWEST VENUE IS COMING SOON NEW VIDEO

Anoush is proud to unveil its newest space in Mission Hills, CA. Currently under construction, this fabulous new venue will accommodate up to 850 guests. It is available for event booking beginning July 2019.
